I'm not sure quite when this happened, but it seems that since a while, I now longer have the choice of selecting "Ask every time" for accepting or blocking cookies. Previously there I could have Firefox ask me for every cookie if I wanted it blocked, accepted "forever", or accepted for the lifetime of the session, but that does not seem possible anymore. I would like this feature back. It is very important for me to select whose cookies I accept and whose I don't. What's even worse is that there was no warning about this feature suddenly not being available anymore. It seems to have just silently disappeared. (I'm currently running Firefox 46.0.1 on Linux.)
