Layout-mode is STANDARD-MODE, in QUIRKS-Mode there is no error
The turquoise <hr> is displayed over a table on the left. I think this error
results from a wrong assumption of the size of this <hr> - the table on the left
is hust not taken into account.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.beyond-thoughts.com/links/
2. Look between Texts and Home

Actual Results: The turquoise <hr> is clearly displayed over the graphic which
is a background graphic of the table.
Expected Results: I think Mozilla should only display the horizontal ruler
between the right-end of this table and and the right-side-end of the page, just
like the text over and under it.
