127417 - mfcEmbed can't access SSL sites.

I just downloaded the windows mfcEmbed nightly and tried to access said URL. I
get two large dialogs with cut-off buttons lacking text. The checkbox seems
inactive, and clicking the buttons dismiss the dialog, but, I'm still not able
to access the secure server.

In light of some other bug reports, I think this is a dupe of:

http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=113007

However, we might want to make that bug more general as the fix should address
all SSL situations, not just "mismatched" certificates as was my original bug
report. That would allow us to close out the related bug reports and also make
the original bug easier to locate.
