+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1271513 +++ nexus-6p-8 disconnected from usb on host autophone-3 about 10:46 PM 2016-05-19 and did not reconnect after a reboot. It had seemed that moving the nexus-6p-8 to a usb2 port on the front of the host had helped with the stability but here it is again though it took 10 days.
:van, :stephend, are either of you available today to disconnect and reconnected nexus-6p-8?
