Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020222 BuildID: 2002022203 This is for the "File" button for filing a message into a folder, NOT the "File" menu that contains items like "New", "Exit", etc... When browsing through the folders listed on the file menu, an empty tooltip box is displayed far to the left of the screen, on top of the folders/sidebar pane. Sometimes the box is empty, other times it contains "File selected message". In both cases the tooltip is very far out of alignment wit hwhere it should be Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select a message by clicking on the subject 2. Click on the "File" menu / Folder icon 3. Mouse over an account name or folder, wait for a second, and the tooltip will pop up in the mail toolbar, and as you descend down a list, the box follows you down. Expected Results: Tooltip should line up with menu or mouse, or possibly not be there.
I see this too, win98SE, 2002022308 -> confirming This sounds strikingly similar to bug 125393
