From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win 9x 4.90; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020204
BuildID: 20020204

On my system, all default settings for print page size are DIN A4 format. Even
Mozilla confirms this under the "Printer Properties" right before I want to
print a page. But nevertheless my Lexmark Optra R PS printer asks me to insert
"letter" format paper into the paper tray all the time I'm printing from within
Mozilla...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set your default printer's paper format to "A4"
2. Start Mozilla and load any page
3. In the printer properties dialog, confirm that the current page format is A4
4. Print the page

Actual Results: The printer will ask you to insert "letter" format paper

Expected Results: If A4 is set as default paper format for printing, Mozilla
should never introduce any "letter" format command while printing...
