if you go to:
http://www.rational.com/media/whitepapers/RUPWaterfalltoIterative.pdf
with mozilla and you have Adobe Acrobate Reader installed you get a warning
saying if you want to open the document with "AcroExch". No very informative.
Netscape 4.x says: "...using AcroRd32.exe"
It could be nice if the dialog look like this:
if you want to open the document with "AcroExch"
c:\program files\adobe\reader\acrord32.exe
perhaps just put the opener program is some field where i can be scrolled like a
readonly xul textbox

Possible enhancement someday; today, we have bigger fish to fry.
