We don't even use ActivateFrameEvent in FF. Only a test is using it.
So the stack is probably wrong, given that the crash-stat doesn't say there are any addons either.

Maybe this is related to whatever bizarreness is causing bug 1275719? That involves some XPT info stuff, too.

I only see a handful of crashes, and only on 46 and 47.
