Changed the coalescer route and supersederUrl to be consistent with the build name used in the index before.

:dustin - do I need to add another entry besides mozilla-inbound in https://github.com/mozilla/tc-coalesce/pull/14/files ?

I will follow-up soon with a patch to tweak the taskcluster/taskgraph/kind/legacy.py to remove the route and supersederUrl for try jobs.

New threshold is in production now - https://coalesce.mozilla-releng.net/v1/threshold

The patch is now landed in mozilla-inbound:

Not sure yet on how to check that the patch is working but am working on it :)

I checked the logs and it looks like it is happily hitting the coalesce service.

I'll close the bug then. Will reopen if we need to tweak the treshold or bring any other changes to its config.
