Needs some precursor work on centralization. See dependencies. Once that's done we should move to a single source of truth across products.

To be more specific, this bug is about creating a central locaton for ALL search engines. So once we've moved everything centralized within each product, we'd like to figure out if we can create some centralized source of search engine truth, perhaps even separated from the tree. This would hold all engines, and we would combine android and desktop where possible.

search-config-v2 has fixed this by updating the configuration so that Android & iOS engines are included. We are still working on hooking up mobile to the configuration, but the option is now there.
