In the page  http://www.time.com/time/magazine/archives/  , you are unable to
enter any text in the form or change any options in the pulldown menus. I am
able to view the menu options but when I click on them they do not change. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Netscape
2.Navigate to http://www.time.com/time/magazine/archives/
3.Try and enter text or change anything in a pulldown menu.

Actual Results:  Not able to change anything or enter text

Expected Results:  Should be able to enter text and change options in pulldown menus

If I scroll down the page about 4 inchs then everything works normal.

I'm seeing this problem at http://www.netscape.com/.

Place focus in either Weather or Quote field and start to type. No characters
appear in field.

Tested on OS X Feb 28 build (2002-02-28-08).

Anybody still seeing this problem? I can't seem to reproduce any of the problems 
with my TRUNK Win32 debug build from last night, using
 
  http://www.time.com/time/magazine/archives/

or

  http://www.netscape.com/

as described above. I'll check my MOZILLA_1_0_0_BRANCH build when it's done.

I just tested my MOZILLA_1_0_0_BRANCH build from this morning. I *can't* 
reproduce any of the typing problems using any of the URLs above.

I *can* reproduce the combobox problems though. As the reporter mentioned, you 
can pull down the comboboxes and select something different then the current 
value, but the combobox display never updates to reflect the new choice. I also 
ran into the problem where clicking on one of the comboboxes didn't even display 
the drop-down list.

Giving this to jkeiser to debug the combobox problems on the branch.

I can´t reproduce any of the mentioned problems here (comboboxes and
textfields). Build ID 2002062208, Windows XP.
