Currently this is enabled for 50% of the Nightly users. Let's enable this for all Nightly users.

The Aha card for this is tracking 48. Are we still planning to roll this out in the 48 timeline?

Okay, we'll need to remember to update the switchboard config as we go, then, since it will be kept on Nightly with this current configuration.

Alternately, we could try updating the config to match on version number, but that's something we haven't done before :)

Yeah, we (or someone) should look at how this behaves. Maybe we even want to add telemetry before we allow it to ride (bug 1272354).
