1277599 - duplicate bugs load with the 'duplicate' field editable

when viewing a bug that is a duplicate, the duplicate field is immediately editable.

it's also the field that is focused when the bug is loaded, which implies  heavily that it's a frequently modified field.


i suspect that most of the time the initial bug chosen as the dupe target is correct, and there's no need for that field to be always editable, and especially not initially focused.

I do not see this behavior in the latest code. When I load a bug that is closed as duplicate, the status is readonly and states "RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1153613" for example. When I click edit, the dupe id field becomes editable but it is not focused by default. Can you post a screen shot?
