If there is a navigation frame to the left, which opens pages into another frame
to the right, the color of the links doesn't change to visited until the frame
is reloaded.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page with navigation frame
2. Click on a link of the navigation frame


Actual Results:  The color of the link you just clicked doesn't change, you
first must reload the navigation frame.

Expected Results:  Once the page finished loaded, the link at the navigation
frame should change to the color specified as link-visited color in the body-tag
or CSS file.
