1277891 - TH doesn't have links to fennec inbound builds that still exist

1. Go to [1]
Actual: the bottom-left panel has no link after "Build:"
Expected: there is a link to [2] which is the build for that inbound push.

Note that some of other TH pushes nearby, e.g. [3] do have the build link. I don't know what the difference is between those that do and those that don't.

I think this is related to an incomplete job log migration on prod (yes, we currently get the build directory from the log path in treeherder... don't ask). I'm looking into it.

Yeah, re-ran the migration of legacy datasource log urls (bug 1273231) on prod, now complete. I took an improper shortcut when doing the earlier migration, which caused a few legacy jobs to be missed.
