On a windows pc I can't send an email using ctrl and return. On linux this works
fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open email window
2.write email
3.press ctrl and return

Actual Results:  nothing

Expected Results:  send email
this is probably a dup of 50255; please test with a newer build
