Steps to reproduce:

Install addon Password Hasher

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/password-hasher/

- Go to any page with a text input
- Focus the text input
- Hit Ctrl+F6 to activate Password Hasher
- Enter some text in the dialog then click "ok"




Actual results:

The hashed password result appears in the URL bar


Expected results:

The hashed password result should appear in the focused text input

This is related with e10s? I can't figured out from your description if this is an e10s issue or not, I see the [e10s] mark, but to be sure please confirm. Thanks

Yes, this is a e10s. With e10s enabled, the addon exhibits this buggy behavior. With e10s disabled, the addon works as before.

After upgrading to 47, I can no longer reproduce this bug. It looks like it was fixed. Thanks.
