Details

We have a number of Android-based targets (e.g., Fennec, B2G). Mozconfig detected them in |android_ndk_include| with a combination of 'build_project' and 'gonkdir'.

The configure script should be cleaned up to detect android from target.os == 'Android'. 'target' currently requries several options to depend on '--help', which need to be fixed first.
