I've made release 2.0.0 of generic worker, after 45 alpha releases!

We should update win2012 worker type to use it. It is the first official 2.x release.

As of today, an older version of the generic worker seems to be running in the win2012 worker types. Did this change somehow regress when updating the worker type today not to RAID the drives / rename the host?
