Treeherder has a new feature (bug 1117583) which helps file new intermittent failure bugs more easily, but it needs to have a bugzilla API key associated with it.
During the feature's development, I was just using my personal API key to make sure everything was working, but now that the feature has landed, we need a new, more official account/key.
The suggestion was for this new account to have the email address intermittent-bug-filer@mozilla.bugs
Can an account be made with that email address (I tried to do it myself but failed due to the lack of it being an actual email address, so it might show as a pending account waiting for email confirmation) and a strong random password, and then could you PM those credentials to me on IRC (where I'll be one of KWierso, KWierso|pto or KWierso|afk, depending on time of day) once it's created, so I can create the API key and add that to Treeherder's configuration?

Emailed the password. Let me know if you do not get it and I can set it to something else.

Please can you give the user editbugs (or at least canconfirm), so the bugs are not filed as UNCONFIRMED?
