Treeherder has a new bug filing feature, but it needs to have BZ_API_KEY set to a bugzilla api key. I can PM you the key or put it into a private comment in this bug, whichever you prefer.

s/BZ_API_KEY/BUGZILLA_API_KEY/ :KWierso tested and it looks good on staging. it's in puppet for prod, so when prod next deploys it'll automatically be there.
