1279863 - Pressing ctrl-r goes to previous page instead of refreshing

Steps to reproduce:
- went to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/User:SphinxKnight/test_refresh
- edit the page with a dummy edit and published it (i.e. go to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/User:SphinxKnight/test_refresh$edit )
- once on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/User:SphinxKnight/test_refresh again, I pressed Ctrl+R within a few seconds to ensure my changes were applied

Result:
- Browser took me to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/User:SphinxKnight/test_refresh$edit (which is the previous location in the history for this tab)

Expected result:
- A simple refresh for the page

Notes: 
- Cannot reproduce if I wait a minute or so on the page
- Managed to do that across several MDN pages but this doesn't seem MDN-related at all
- Cannot reproduce on DevEdition/aurora
- Cannot reproduce on release

Boy, this is annoying. Here's a really fun scenario:

Working on a page on MDN. Click Publish, then close the tab when the save is complete and the editor has closed, putting me back into reading mode.

A few minutes later, I realize I need to work on the page again so I undo close tab. The tab re-opens... in the editor. Whaaaa? :)

Fixed; it's just a space someone put between the parentheses, breaking the link.

I don't think this has anything to do with bookmarks & history. Maybe Session History?
is this still reproducible?
