At the moment, the text 'about:config' must be the last part of the sentence how to open about:config. This patch is about adding a suffix string so 'about:config' can be positioned anywhere in the sentence.

r+ assuming we're announcing this somehow (dunno what a cycle report is) so that localizations have an opportunity to update (as opposed to forcing them by changing the ids of these strings).
