From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.8) Gecko/20020205 BuildID: 2002020511 Hi, There is no option to do the conversion to text before displaying incomming emails, currently there is no way to stop html emails and other strange MIME stuff from being displayed. I get spam emails with jpgs and other jpgs that I would rather avoid seeing and avoid being in my cache at all. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.get an html multipart spam email or advert 2.see it displays, when perhaps you dont want to use up your bandwidth displaying adverts and other spam 3. Actual Results: jpgs and html emails displayed Expected Results: I think its essential to have an option to turn off automatic display of html emails The conversion to text is done when i click reply, posibly this could be a base to do the conversion to display.. Great stuff, keep the good work going!
