[Affected versions]:
- latest Developer Edition 49.0a2
- latest Nightly 50.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
- Mac OS X 10.10.5
- Ubuntu 16.04 32-bit
- Windows 8.1 64-bit

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Start Firefox
2. Enter Customization
3. Click 'New Non-e10s Window' icon

[Expected result]:
- Zooming animation is shown when clicking

[Actual result]:
- Clicking the icon will show no animation

[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression range, this reproduces since the icon was added to the panel in bug 997446.

[Additional notes]:
- Was unable to check on Firefox 48 beta 1 since because I did not get the icon due to the rollout experiment but for sure beta is also affected since this icon was (and maybe is) intended to be only temporary there.

As comment 1 says, this feature is not destined for Release and as such there is no reason to fix this. It is due to the transform applied to the image to flip it vertically, which counteracts the transform that is applied with mousedown.
