Details
At least one run one one platform, but every test suite... Otherwise bugs like bug 1276186 will keep cropping up and breaking the web for our users in various locales.

To be clear, we should _also_ be running in a locale with '.' as separator. I'm not saying we should switch over wholesale. ;)

In a taskcluster world, that doesn't impossible, if we'd create a test run that picks up a docker image that has the locale set to German.
