In Nightly in the webconsole I see:

application/x-mpegURL is one of HLS Mime types[1]. As you know, Firefox doesn't support it. :-)

I cannot see the crash on my HTC m9+ with the latest nightly and the released version. 
Can that crash be reproed repeatedly on your phone?
