If you edit a remote file, the data is loaded from the cache.  This could cause
dataloss if the user edits a file that was changed since the cached data, any
subsequent changes would be missing prior changes.

Verified in WIn 98 on trunk build 03-18.  When I am editing a remote page, 
Composer is automatically refreshing the page that gets loaded into Composer.
