1281631 - Authorize pulse_actions credentials

emorley: could I please be authorized?

I've created a set of credentials for both hosts following the documentation in [1]

My code is stable enough (from local testing) that I feel confident to submit data to Treeherder's staging host.
Once I'm satisified I will switch to production.

Please authorize 'pulse_actions' for both servers.

I'm OK with filing a new bug for production if you prefer to.
