Shift/Page Down in compose window should extend selection - it does nothing.
Page Down in compose should move the caret down as well as the text - it only
moves the window like the sidebar slider.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open e.g. a reply window with a reasonably large message
2. click the mouse somewhere
3. try shift/Page down to extend the selection or just page down to move down
the message

Actual Results:  Shift/Page down - nothing
Page Down - window scrolls but insertion point stays where it was

Expected Results:  Shift/page down - extend the selection down by a page
Page down scroll down and move insertion point
