View Page Info -> Security does not display the security info for the tabbed window.

For example:
Two Tabs:

Tab1                 | Tab2
https://blalal.com   | http://anyway.com

Clicking View Page Info-Security in Tab2 shows the Security-Info 
for Tab1 instead the security-info of Tab2.

This happen also with the Security-"Lock" on the right-side in the status-bar.

The security lock image is bug#101723 (I think)

The page info bug is bug#120043 (I think)

So this probably a dupe of one of them....
