Testcase should show the context-menu cursor when the cursor is over the text; it shows the default instead.

Note that DXR uses the context-menu cursor to indicate when identifiers have a context menu available on click.
Mozregression gives https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1186003 as the regressor.
