STR:
1. Enable tracking protection.
2. Visit http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/retrograde-ejaculation/basics/definition/con-20030795
3. Wait about 5 seconds.

ER: Site works.
AR: Content process hangs.

It's possible the site is just going into an infinite loop because of tracking protection. However, we probably do need to investigate. One obvious problem is that our hang detection UI isn't working, but we should start by figuring out why tracking protection is causing this.

Tested on 58.0a1 with TP enabled. Content loads, links and buttons all function.
