Details

The save as dialog doesnt let the user select "*.* all files" at all times. When a text file is saved, the only choice is ".txt" files which is extremely annoying when the user really wants to save the file without an extension or with a changed extension and isnt even able to check whether a file with the new name already exists.
Did one of you break this? -> bryner for now
