Actual results:
When resize window size in horizontal, it's contents are not resized in vertical-lr mode.

Please re-test with latest Nightly; this looks like it may be the same issue as bug 1272997, which was fixed recently.

Yes, it works fine on 50.0a1 (2016-06-29).
