[New Find Toolbar] If your search didn't have any results the arrows, from find toolbar, should be inactive

[Affected platforms]: Windows 10, Mac OS X 10.10, Windows 7

[Affected versions]: Nightly 50, Build ID 20160629030209 

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Start Firefox and go to a web page
2. Start Find toolbar (Ctrl + F) and search for an inexistent string on the page.
3. Try to use the arrows buttons near the search field 

[Expected Result]:

If you didn't found any result the buttons should be inactive, greyed out. 

[Actual Result]: 

They are active, and can be pushed without any result.
