I can drag a link from ie into mozilla, but I can't drag the link from mozilla to ie. (Dunno if this is a mozilla or ie bug) Build 2002022808
Depends on: 106708

I just tried this with Mozilla 2002053012 and IE6 (dragging a bookmark from personal toolbar to IE client area) Dragging the link leaves the quicktip window (of Mozilla!) opened on top and in IE nothing happens. The quicktip stays open until again hovering with the mouse over the dragged bookmark. The problem lies in the internal shortcut data that is transmitted to IE.
Slightly off-topic, but it's slightly interesting that while you can't drag a link from Mozilla to IE, you can drag a link from IE to Mozilla.
Dragging a link to download manager such as NetVampire works in IE, but works not in Mozilla. I'm not sure this is of the same cause.
This is working with Mozilla 1.2 beta 2002110508, Windows 98, probably due to the checkin from bug 106708!
Confirmed - the patch for bug 106708 fixes this as well.
