This brings in: - An assert fix on WASAPI (bug 1282464) (r=achronop) - An alsa fix (r=padenot) - A fix for the resampler where the number of frames needed in case of resampler was wrong (r=padenot) - A shutdown fix on OSX (r=padenot)
