The bullets appear to overlap a Table on their left, resulting in a negative indent

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.science-frontiers.com/sf140/test.htm

Actual Results:  The bullets appear to negatively indented.

Expected Results:  The bullets should be indent to the right

The yellow strip is a table, the bullets should not appear there.

If you have a table with a specified width, and left alignment, the bullets in
a list which follows the table overlap the table.
