User Story
The engine uses matrix factorization to recommend add-ons. The training phase outputs a set of artifacts to JSON files which can be used from other languages to compute a list of suggested add-ons from a set of installed ones. The following is a list of top 10 recommendations for different scenarios using a moderately trained model.
