Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to about:debugging using a clean profile in FF50
2. Click the "Load Temporary Add-on" button and select a restartless WebExtension (attaching used WebExtension)
3. Restart the browser
Expected results:
The temporary WebExtension is deleted
Actual results:
The temporary WebExtension is still displayed in both about:debugging and about:addons pages
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF50.0a1 (2016-07-04) (Win 7 x64).
