On try, "B2G Device Image" for "Aries Debug" is correctly hidden when not selecting "tier 3". But on central, it appears :/

This was just another episode of "you have to re-save the matching exclusion *after* the job it matches exists on each tree where it runs", made more fun by the fact that someone at some point added every flavor of linux to the exclusion so that we wound up with all our linux desktop builds as tier-3 for a while.
