Details

Whenever I receive e-mail from either MacMall or PC Mall I cannot delte it. I have tried over and over. This also happened when I received an e-mail from intelligentx,com. I have tried to call them and all they can think of is to empty the cache. Have you an answer as to how to force e-mail to transfer to trash? I have tried the delete key and a manual transfer to the trash icon.
