In that page (a tutorial of XBL), if you move the mouse on the box
that contains the text "moveto_example.xml" the text is replaced
by random pixels. The correct text is restored by forcing the box
to be redrawn (such as maximizing/minimizing).

Happens with Mozilla Build 2002030206 as well.
On Linux 2002030108 I get corruption on many yellow-background frames of text
(the ones which make sample code collapse/display). The corruption goes away if
the window is covered and uncovered again, or by scrolling. I remember that this
has been so for quite some time. According to Bug 108945, Windows 2000 builds
crash on this URL. Note also that XBL examples in Debug > XBL Test Suite don't
work, so maybe this is a part of more general problems with XBL.

I have just reproduced on latest build (ID: 2002032019).
This time I went to a different display. This is Redhat Linux 7.2, XFree86 4.1
Although it does not reproduce with the rectangle that has the text
"moveto_example.xml" it does reproduce with the rectangle that says
img_example.xml.
I acknowledge that this problem is very difficult to reproduce. Depending on
your system, it may happen at one point or another.

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
