mgoodwin have detected that kinto-changes is not updated when the signer updates the blocklist bucket collections.
We are releasing kinto-dist 0.6.2 with the fix.

0.6.1 have been deployed in prod
0.6.2 have been deployed in stage and we validated that the bug mgoodwin detected was fixed.

To be clear, this was mis-tagged, and we have 0.6.3 in place in prod.
