Steps to reproduce:

1. open any page
2. click "file -> print preview" menu. Actually i'm using Korean version. So the menu name is "파일(F) -> 인쇄 미리 보기(v). I'm not sure "file -> print preview" is exact corresponding english menu.

Environment: 64 bit win7, x64 47.0 47.0.1 firefox ko language


Actual results:

For some web pages: there's no response in the applicaton, which means infinite loop with microsoft's sugestion for kill or waiting.
For some other pages: multiple lines of gray and white lines with non-recognizable small(?) characters.


Expected results:

Preview screen of open page should be shown.

I removed 47.0.1 and installed 45.0.2. This version has no problem.

Ooops. Firefox tries to update to 47.0.1 without my permission.

Could you test:
1) in safe mode:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

2) with HWA disabled (restart Firefox to apply):
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-disable-hardware-acceleration

3) with a fresh profile:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Mmh, it could be a duplicate of bug 1276717.

Instead of my previous comment, could you follow the FAQ:

Does it solve the issue? (if yes, the fix is already in FF48)
