When playing a video and putting the tab in the background and going back to it;
about:media shows sometimes:
video state: ni=0 no=0 ie=1 demuxr:0 demuxq:0 decoder:1 tt:-1.000000 tths:-1 in:350 out:278 qs=75 pending:3 waiting:0 sid:1
A queue size of 75 doesn't make sense, even on windows (it should never exceed around 20 in Windows 10).
This indicates that there's something wrong with the queue size due to either the background suspend or the dropping of frames while seeking by the decoder

my guess is that it's bug 1257107 that caused the problem
