When you have more than one window (instance) of Mozilla, it is impossible to
have more than one instance minimized to the taskbar.  Pressing the minimize
button on the window frame causes the browser window to decrease in size - but
not minimize.  Using the "minimize all" button on the taskbar does minimize all
the open windows.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open more than one window
2.Minimize them by using the buttons in the window


Actual Results:  Only one window is minimized to task bar - the others are
smaller in size but still open on the desktop.

Expected Results:  All instances should minimize.
