These treeherder users are owned by mdoglio, but should be owned by me for now: treeherder treeherder-stage I will likely delete them when they're no longer in use.
Greg: would you like to have the Pulse user of "heroku-treeherder" owned by you instead of jlal now? Or should it just be deleted? Maybe mcote could do that while he's at it.

Nothing that I know of. Oh, I wonder if it was for taskcluster retriggers on Heroku? I'm pretty sure it's dead. But, Mark, perhaps you could assign ownership of it to me and I can look if there's any queues assigned to it.
