Steps to reproduce:
 1. Go to attachment 8770666 [details].
 2. Scroll down in the iframe until the rounded top corners of the rounded shape are offscreen.
 3. Hover the scrollbar of the iframe.
 4. Scroll back up.

Now the fixed background spills over the rounded corners.

While using Firefox 47 buildID=20160606114208 and Firefox 50.0a1 buildID=20160711113740 along with your steps, I do not get your actual results: the fixed background does not spill over (or out of) the rounded corners. I use use Linux 3.13.0-91-generic x86_64, Qt: 4.8.6, KDE 4.13.3; Kubuntu (trusty) 14.04.4 LTS.

Please provide Firefox version, Firefox buildID, platform and operating system information.
